A master student, Hong from N.T.U., took the opportunity of going to a motel with a woman and secretly filmed the sex footages, and, in the past five years, there were, twenty-five women who were victims, and, some of the ladies are, highly educated; the Taipei District Attorney’s Office yesterday indicted Hong on the obstruction of secrets. The D.A. believed, that Hong, being highly educated, showed NO sign of remorse, asked the judge to not allow him to pay a fine to get out of serving a sentence.
The D.A. investigated, that Hong (age 27), from 2010 to March of last year, through online friendship sites and APP, had had sexual intercourse with a total of over fifty women, some were one-night-stands, some, he’d dated for a bit; more often, he’d gone to a motel with a woman he’d just met up for the very first time, and, took the advantage of the time when the females were in the shower, hid the digital camera he had inside his motorcycle helmet, then, pull down the protect eye portion, or place the cameras on the small fridge, the opening of the wooden cabinet, to take footages of the women’s privates, their breasts, as well as the process of them, having sex.
A woman who’d dated Hong learned of how Hong had taken footages of them having sex together, worried that the sex tapes might be streamed, she’d called the police. The police searched Hong’s place, and found the footages of over a dozen women, and he’d saved the footages inside a file folder on his laptop, and, listed the victims by name by file folders, similar to the way that the already sentenced rich second generation, Hong had done.
After the D.A. reviewed everything they’d found, that there were, twenty-five victims, two of them retracted their suits, four of their claims had surpassed the date of the filing of the suits, and, the nineteen others were filmed, without being aware. As Hong appeared in court, he’d claimed, that he did, shoot the footages, but it wasn’t, concealed at all, stressed how because most of the ladies are one-night stands, and he was afraid, that they may, sue him for rape, that, was why he’d shot the tapes, to keep himself from being sued, and that all the ladies knew of it, but the D.A. didn’t believe him.
And so, this, is how it’d ended, you take those footages of you having sex with someone without the person’s consent, you get SUED, and, this man had not just have a couple of sex tapes stashed away, he’d had, a whole stack of them, that, is why the D.A. wasn’t going to allow him to weasel out of being prosecuted.
