A female model for a plastic surgery clinic accused the man, Chu, for lying about being married, causing her to get pregnant, to get an abortion, and had to pay her agent for breaching her contract, she was suing him for over six million dollars. The judge investigated on the matter and found, that the female model had texted the message of, “I’m perfect for being the most perfect spare wheel, very suitable for you, who has a family”, to Chu, which showed that she already knew about his marital status, and that she’d gone to get an abortion herself, that she wasn’t forced, and the judge found Chu not guilty.
This female model claimed, that at the start of last year, she’d started dating Chu, and he’d lied to her about being married, after she’d had sexual intercourse with him and gotten pregnant, she’d found out, that he was already married, that he was not willing to marry her, nor was he willing to take responsibilities for the fetus, and, because she felt she had to, she’d had an abortion, and ended the relationship.
She’d claimed, that she was a model signed by an agent, was a spokesperson for a plastic surgery clinic, her being pregnant out of wedlock, and having an abortion was damaging to her reputation, not only was she made to pay five million dollars for breaching her contract with the model agency, she’d needed to also pay back the money for the plastic surgery she’d had done to her to promote the work of the plastic surgery clinic as well, she’d estimated her own loss to be up to around $6.5 million N.T.d, and wanted Chu to pay for all of it.
Chu said, the female model had never asked if he was already married, he’d never told her he would marry her. After the Collectivist Courts examined the evidence, they’d believed, that although the DNA test proved, that Chu had caused the female model of get pregnant, but, it was, consensual, and the female model’s text to Chu showed, that she already knew about his marital status, that he’d not forced her to have an abortion, so, the courts found her to lose the case.
And so, because he’d not wanted you anymore, and you’d gotten knocked up, had an abortion, gotten FIRED from the modeling agency, that, is why you’re angered, and that, was why you’d sued, but, it was, consensual sex, and, he’d not promised anything to you, and that just shows, that you must be extremely careful, on these sorts of things, because you will, end up, losing MORE than you’d ever, bargained for.
