Another incident of violence against women here, from the Newspapers, translated…
A trainer, Yu, who’d once won a boxing trophy in Hsinbei City was accused of using the excuse of seeing a short film as an excuse, in the boxing gym, suspected of raping a female student, and forced the pupil to fellate him, and, the student was so scared that she’d dropped out of his class, yesterday, the Taipei’s District Attorney’s Office prosecuted Yu, based off of rape.
After Yu was indicted, he’d claimed to the D.A., that the female student is very able-bodied, and, if he didn’t get her consent, how could he have forced himself onto her? He’d claimed that the sex was consensual, but the D.A. didn’t believe him.
The D.A. investigated, that the victim is a regular nine-to-five worker, because she loved boxing, in July, she’d started taking lessons at the boxing gym in Wenshan. And, Yu saw how young and beautiful the victim is, how her body was very sexy, and once after class, he’d, invited her to a movie in the resting room of the boxing gym. The victim didn’t suspect anything, but, the moment she’d entered into the room, Yu started, being inappropriate with her.
And, although the victim fought hard, but, Yu wouldn’t let her leave, said, that “in this day and age, having fun is the most important thing.”, not only did he force her to fellate him, he’d also, raped her using his finger too; afterwards, the victim LINED Yu “Why did you do this to me?”, Yu replied, “I thought you were playing hard-to-get, my bad!”
After the incident, the victim didn’t DARE head to class again, and she’d disclosed the incident to the other boxing coaches, and, they’d reported it to the police.
And so, this is still, a POWER rape, because the man is in a position of power, he was her boxing coach, and he was counting on that she wasn’t going to tell anybody about what he’d done to her, but she had, and now, he will PAY!
