A Man Checked into the Hospitals to Detox from Alcoholism, Had an Extramarital Affair with a Married Woman, She Sued Him for Rape
From the Newspapers, translated…
A man, Chang, in Keelung went for his de-tox to cure his alcoholism, fell in love, with a married woman there, in June, he’d brought her home to have sex, and afterwards, she’d, broken up with him, he felt taken, threatened that something bad will happen to her family members. The woman sued him for rape, and obstruction of freedom, along with some other charges, the D.A. didn’t see, that there was enough evidence, so, they didn’t prosecute him.
The police investigated, that Chang worked as a construction worker, he was arrested for driving drunk from before, went to the hospital, to seek out help for his alcoholism, as he waited for the doctor to call him into the office, he fell for a woman who was there to see the doctor at first sight.
After they’d conversed, they’d enjoyed one another’s company, left the contact information with each other, later on, love started between the two of them, in June, Chang invited the married woman to his place for a date, they’d had sexual intercourse multiple times. On the twelfth of June, the married woman had a huge fight with her husband, packed her bags, and, arrived at Chang’s residence out of anger, poured her heart out to him, then, the two of them, had sex again.
After the wife found that her husband learned about her affair, and sued her for obstruction of marriage, she was hurried in wanting to separate from the “other man”, but Chang was unwilling to sever the ties with her, used the excuse that he wanted to discuss things over with her, asked her out, she drove Chang to Section one of Mingde Road, where they got into a serious argument.
Chang said, that back then, he had a knife, and steel pieces in his bags, told the married woman to not go to the police, and he’d, slapped her across the face, threatened that “Someone will die in your household”, and, the wife went home, cried to her husband, and called the police.
The wife sued Chang for drugging her, and waiting until she was out cold, then, raping her. Chang denied having done so, claimed, that he was only bluffing, that it wasn’t, a threat. The D.A. thought, that the wife used sleeping pills regularly, that they couldn’t prove that Chang had, drugged her maliciously, and that she didn’t have the proves from the hospital examinations, so, they’d not prosecuted Chang any further.
And so, see how quickly an affair falls apart? And that still shows, how easily, people can toss their moral standards aside and become animals, because we’re all, driven by the most basic of all instincts, our food drives (the need for food?), our sex drives, because, let’s face it, we ARE, not that different than our animal counterparts, and sometimes, in the heat of the moment………you get what happens next, don’t you???
