A scam artist, working HIS magic, for so long, and now, he’s finally CAUGHT!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
A man, Lee, took the advantage of when a driver didn’t follow the rules, rode his motorcycle out, created a false accident, then, asked the person to pay him, using the money from the insurance companies, in just six short months, he was able to, successfully, scam, seventeen times, and, gained about $600,000N.T.s total, the police booked him based off of threats and fraud, and other charge. Lee denied having scammed for money, claimed that he’d had a run of bad luck in driving, that, was why, he kept, getting hit.
The second in command of the traffic squad in Tainan, Chiang said, that when the sedans have recording devices in the front AND back of the car, it would prevent these sort of fraud scams. And, when an accident happens, even if you, the driver was the one responsible, you must notify the police, and use your cell phone to capture the footages of what happened; if you don’t have a device that kept track of your driving, you can ask the police to review the traffic cams, to re-examine the scratches on the cars; and if the person you hit was injured, then, you must call emergency and have the person lifted to the hospital, and ask the hospitalized person to have a proof of treatment in written form, then, ask the local land offices to file for resolve, to prevent the trend of these false accidents.
The person in charge of the Kai-Yuan Subprecint from the fifth precinct in Tainan, Tsai, went out on calls in August, and twice, he saw Lee (age 40), riding on his motorcycle, got into accident, and went to the subprecincts to settle with the drivers; Tsai thought that Lee was suspicious, looked into it, and learned, that between the months of March and August, Lee had SEVENTEEN minor fender-benders with the different drivers, and received a total amount of around $600,000N.T. in settlements.
The patrol officers went out to investigated , found, that Lee had often found his targets, cruising, waited until the driver of the sedans made illegal right turns, and faked the accidents; there was a driver who’d made an illegal left turn in the fast lanes, and Lee saw an opportunity, rode his motorcycle, against the traffic, ram into him. And because the man had insurance coverage and wanted to settle, Lee was able to scam him.
In the cases of these fraudulent car accidents, there was a female driver who refused to settle with Lee, Lee reported her to the D.A.’s offices, accused the woman of damages, and the woman was indicted, and, during the process of the trial, the woman paid Lee $50,000N.T., and settled it with him.
There was a Chinese medicine clinic close to where Lee lives, and, in order to force the drivers of the cars that hit him to settle, he’d used his stature, forced the Chinese doctor, Chiu, to write a falsified medical statement, claimed that he needed to recuperate for one to two months, to scam the money. And, when the police called on Chiu the doctor, he’d admitted to written the falsified medical claim slips, he was sent to the courts, based off of the medical laws he’d broken.
When Lee was called to explain himself, he’d denied having caused the false accidents, as for why the Chinese doctor had written out the medical records falsely, that he’d needed to ask the doctor to be certain; as for why he’d gotten into so many car wrecks in just six months, he’d once gone to the temples to ask the “Gods”, the “gods” told him, that he was on the path of offending transportation means, that he’d wanted to go to the temples, to get his luck changed too.
Wow, so, after this SCAM artist was caught, he’d still TRIED to excuse himself, can you believe it? And, this, just shows how WEAK the human state of mind is, because you don’t want any trouble, so, you’d rather just, pay someone off, but, that’s just, feeding to their scams, and, you’re actually, making these scam artists more motivated in continually scamming others, but NOT stepping up to the plates, and challenging their values!
and no, still not my photograph either…
