Marrying a Good Woman Beats Being Three-Times Blessed by the Heavens, the Story of a Marriage

Blessed, to have a good wife here, translated…

Many years ago, my superior saw that I’d worked for many years already, so, he’d, transferred me to a subsidiary to become a manager.  Back then, I was uneasy, carried that fear of performance to my first day of work, and, just so happened, that a few days after I’d started working at my new post, I’d gotten hit, with difficulties on the job, and the pressures I’d exerted on myself, I didn’t know how to handle it.

Based off of past experiences, if I’d not carried out my work duties well, I’d gotten a bad mark on my evaluations, or even, gotten transferred to a distant district to work, and, if I was seriously looked at, the organization would think, that I’d allowed the issues to pass me easily, that I’d taken bribes, and gotten sued, there was an older schoolmate who was incarcerated, at the asking of the district attorney for it too!

Gladly, I had married, a good woman, because she’s more able-bodied than I, with a sharp mind, knew a lot about the laws, she’d become a manager, seven, to eight years earlier than I had.  And, because our work duties are similar, every time when I met a bump at work, she’d offered me related advice to help mem out, and, taught me how to resolve with wisdom, she’d helped me through a ton of difficulties, helped me managed, the crises I’d met at work.

At the same time, when I was bombarded by the head of the department, or other managers, I’d pulled on my wife, and turn up the karaoke machines up to full volume, and so, the songs we sang together these past couple of years in Chinese AND Taiwanese numbered up to the hundreds.  We’d sang together, added to the love that we were sharing.

“Marrying a good woman beats being three-times blessed by the heavens”, this line, is a clear and precise description of my interactions with my wife.

So you have a good wife who offers you advice at work, and, because of her abilities, the advices she’d given you worked well, and, she’s also, your emotional pillar of strength, and this, is a wonderful marriage, where the couple respected one another, and offers each other the support that they’d needed from time to time.
