The Retirees in France and Germany Took Up Part-Time Work After They Stopped Working

and no, not my photograph…

Because that retirement pension just, don’t cover it, does it???  Of course N-O-T, and, do you NOT know, how much it costs, to care for the elderly population???  From the Front Page Sections, translated…

In this aging world, it isn’t a sight, for ninety-year-olds to go out and hang together, and, more and more elderly had, returned, back to the campus to study in Germany, and, a lot of nations had, delayed the age of retirement too, and, some of the public had even stated, that there shouldn’t be, an age, set for retirement at all.

The average age of human is getting higher and higher, and, the nations in the world are pushing forth the reforms of the retirement pensions, and this had become the trend, of delayed retirement.  And, scholars had already pointed out, that as humans live longer and longer, there shouldn’t be a legal retirement age set up, the surveys from Germany showed, that three-quarters of the retirees over the age of 65 are still very healthy, that they’d not have physically debilitating disorders.

The Nobel winner for economics who’d just visited Taiwan said, that in France, a lot of people his age are already retired, but he’d kept, a jam-packed schedule, filled with passions for research, he’d insisted, that he’s going to work until he can’t work anymore.

A friend from Denmark told me, that there was a ninety-year-old woman in her neighborhood, that would ride her bicycle out at night, to the local concerts, that she’s living a more colorful life than the younger generations too.

Two older ladies who’d known one another for almost a century recently took the trains to London, to celebrate one of their birthdays, after the party, they took the wrong trains, but, they weren’t stressed out at all, although it took them, twice the time, to arrive home, they’d described the experience, as an “adventure”.

The German government recently posted the statistics of how the retired population spent their time, it’d shown, that the retirees’ life was filled, with more activities than ever, that over sixty percent of the retired population over age sixty-five would use the internet to book trips, to read the news, to book the hotels for their trips abroad.

There are more and more elderly who refused to sit at home after they retired, there were 14,000 retired elderly individuals who’d signed up for audits in colleges, the hottest courses are philosophy and history; since the crises of the refugees, there were, retired instructors who’d developed textbooks in German, for the refugees, and, even more of the retired populations headed to the shelters to volunteer.

There’s this increase in the part-timers in France and Germany, compared to a decade ago, some, for their economics, some because they believe, that they can still contribute to the society; and, there are, more and more centurions, and, how to utilize the manpower of ages seventy and up would be an important issue that all the governments need to sleep on.

And because, this world is slowly, taking over by the elderly populations, there’s NO retirement age anymore, and, the key to staying healthy IS by getting involved, and staying active, and caring about what’s going on around you.

and no, not my sketch either!!!
