Between a husband and a wife, in their daily living, translated…
The incident of how Wen had her wedding banquet, and still had yet to register for marriage five years later, was “something famous” in our area, and, the elders of the local regions all felt scared for her status.
There are an assortment of reasons for why they didn’t register, the man being too lazy, so, they hadn’t agreed on the honeymoon; sometimes, it’s because the man is way too practical, there’s no way to settle the deal of the residence; most of the times, however, are because the man is way too busy at work, they shared NO similar values of life. And so, year, after year, from newlyweds, to already married, way too long now, the man who was originally too lazy had finally, said that they should get registered, but, Wen became like, “who says I must marry you!”, and because the man couldn’t find a way out of that jam, he’d not, mentioned it again.
After a few years of hard work, the man decided to buy a property, and Wen wasn’t like his coworkers’ wives, who, as they’d gone out to see the properties, started ranting about how the house would be registered under their names, and this “wife in the name” researched and inputted, and said, rationally to him, “You’d put up the money, so, naturally, it should be registered under your name”. And, although the man didn’t say a word, but clearly, he was, moved.
The papers were signed on July seventh, originally, they’d made the appointment for the mornings with the realtor, but Wen said that she’d wanted to delay it for an hour. After they’d left the realtor’s office, Wen, played coy with her husband, that since this, is an easily remembered date, and a day worth celebrating, should they go to register for their marriage first, before they go and sign the papers for the house, and later on, they could, book a table at the high-end restaurant, to celebrate their “new marriage”? the man looked at Wen, who’s now, blushing pink, believed, that this sort of a double encounter IS, a good thing. And the few days following that, Wen would become extremely gentle toward her husband, and, the husband would get intoxicated, claimed, that he was, all too lucky, that he’d only gotten married once, and yet, it was as if, he’d become a newlywed twice.
Later on, Wen showed us the new keys to her house, squinted her eyes, told us, why should we ladies, fight with our partners, to get our names on the registry, to get under our husbands’ skins, and making our mothers-in-law mad too? Five years after they were wed, she didn’t feel the impulse now, to register, that, is why there’s the Civil Laws number 1031-1 clause “the residual assets of the couple”, naturally, she was going to, register for marriage before they’d signed the deeds to the property, in case one day, her man ran off with someone else, and, she’d ended up, with naught.
Wen’s husband managed to trained his slow-to-know wife in the past, into a “false newly wedded bride”, and he’s still, basking in the glory of the “second” new marriage, enjoying the romantic atmosphere. As we’d congratulated Wen on her finally registering for marriage, and, we’d all had our lesson, in the legal course of being a wife.
And so this woman was, looking out for HERSELF, and, she is, absolutely RIGHT! And, she did it so that her husband didn’t feel the pressures, and, he doesn’t even know he’d been manipulated, and, that just shows, how much MORE intelligent women are, compared to men, we think, very FAR ahead, unlike how you guys just focus on what’s at hand.
