From the Front Page Sections, on how to stay active even after you retire, translated…
As the society marched into the elderly age, “You’re a thief if you’re old and still alive”, as we got older, we must let up our seats, to the younger generations, we shouldn’t, just sit in our positions at work, and just, receive those wages that we didn’t work for. Almost in all the world’s nations, there are benefits being given to the retired, the public offices can provide for seventy-percent, if the public offices has good incentives for them, including the setting up of new schools, teaching, and researches, the individuals can have the title of “honorary professors” and stay on the payroll for a bit longer.
The Nobel Prize for Medicine was received by three in the medical field, their average age is over eighty, and, there are, many cases of those who are elderly who’d received the Nobel Prize; all of these individuals had reached the max of their biological ages, but, they’re still quite young mentally, there’s a heavy workload inside the laboratories, and, staying alive for a long time, they will eventually, win an award.
The media’s been ranting, on how much money is enough, to retire without worries, some say at least fifteen million dollars, others would disagree, that having little can be enough too; the three meals a day is about $300 to $400 N.T.s, and a shirt can be worn for multiple years.
Asking those elderly, they’d have a glass of beer during the daytime, a few cigarettes, and that’s not even close to $100N.T.s, and they’re living happy, with hairs all white, teeth unstable, they’d had difficulties, eating the harder foods such as meats or nuts, while the champagnes are easily swallowed in, but, this lifestyle may be damaging to the health, but, it’s a good way to live.
And so, the key to aging well, if you’re retiring is to just, DO what makes you happy, if there are thing that you’d wanted to try or do, but never had the chance to, because of you needed to take responsibilities, or that you simply didn’t have the GUTS for it, now is the time, because, if not now, WHEN? Plus, you’re already retired, it’s time, that you start, living your lives the way YOU want to, not according to someone else’s expectations!
