The police reviewed the surveillance cameras of the traffic lights, and struck out the possible suspects, two nights ago, they’d arrested Sun at his home in Taoyuan; Sun claimed that he’d been divorced for a long time, because he’d been single for so long, that, was why he’d committed the offenses. In order to prevent similar situations, the police are now, patrolling the streets more, and the local governments are also installing more cameras, to ensure the safety of the residents.
So, this, is a crime of opportunity, plus after that first time, this LOSER wasn’t punished, that, was why he’d done it again, but this second time, he wasn’t at all successful, because the married woman, unlike the single woman who was probably too afraid, wasn’t, and she’d hollered, and that, was how this LOSER got caught, and this still just shows, by NOT speaking up and out, you’re only ensuring that those offenders are going to offend again.
