Due to the impacts of people having less children, the distant region schools in places like Miaoli, Yilan had the situation of the schools, in order to avoid being combined with another school or getting shut down entirely, started asking some other schools, to “borrow” their students for “show”, and, right after the start of the school year, everybody transferred out, the government of Yilan decided to give out reprimands next semester, to avoid this sort of a trend.
The local government ruled, that if there weren’t at least five newly enrolled students, then the classes shall get canceled, and, on the investigations conducted by the Department of Education from July to September, they’d discovered, that there was a differences in the number of kids who were registered to the schools to attend, compared to the number of students who were actually in attendance, and, most of these happened in the schools, facing merges or getting the number of classes reduced, the Department of Education suspected, that because of the classes and the schools fearing that they may get shut down, they’d, “borrowed” the kids from other places.
And, this, is just how they’d found a “hole”, to get into, because of the impacts of how people are having less and less children, the schools are slowly, going OUT of “business”, and, in order to stay IN “business”, they can only think up of ways, and one of the ways that the schools came up with was borrowing kids from other more populated schools, to make the numbers…
