The problem with THIS is, how many “experts” are there on this god DAMN freakin’ planet again??? Yeah, I’d lost C-O-U-N-T, after all, ANYBODY can CLAIM that they’d done the “researches”, gained their “credentials”, so, whose opinions, should weigh more heavily to me and you???
Expert opinions, well, here’s something that’s CONFLICTING: calcium is said to prevent osteoporosis, and, what’s a GREAT source of calcium? M-I-L-K, so, by LOGIC, if you want more calcium in your systems, you should, drink MORE milk, right? WRONG!
Because, “expert” (don’t know who exactly it was though) said, that taking calcium tablets would be better, but, wait a sec, ‘cuz, didn’t you just tell me, that it’s best, if our needed nutrition came from ALL-NATURAL sources? And, those calcium tablets were, “put together” inside those vitamin labs, so, how’s that gonna W-O-R-K?
And so, these are, TWO CONFLICTING, supposedly, “Expert” beliefs about calcium, and this, is only on the matter of DIETARY supplements too, imagine if we’d included the opinions of ALL those proclaimed “experts”, on ALL matters of life, how MESSY would it all become? Exactly!
But, but, B-U-T, if we can’t count on “expert advices” and “professional” opinions, WHO can we trust? Uh, go look in that mirror again! ‘Cuz, who knows YOU, better than Y-O-U? Boy, had me convinced all right!
