So, eventually, this L-O-S-E-R still was brought to JUSTICE! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
Chien, a major, who once worked as the eighth military unit of the Army, three years ago, used the excuse of discussing matters of business, took the female subordinate, Lee, into his bedroom, bear hugged her, then, sexually molested her, later on, Chien wasn’t court martialed, but he was kicked out of the army for it, but after the court martial was tossed, Lee asked for a retrial, and, the District Attorney’s Office in Kaohsiung, awhile ago, charged Chien based off of opportunistic sexual harassment.
The D.A. investigated that Chien the major three years ago, worked alongside the female officer, Lee, and was suspected of how Lee misrecorded a sales, used the fact, that she may be punished by the army, that she will have to get charged, to threaten Lee, Lee was so scared that she’d started crying as he’d told her.
Chien saw how Lee had a meltdown, he’d immediately taken her into the bedroom of the high up officers right behind the counseling quarters, told Lee to hand over her cell, and shut it off, he’d first used words to soothe her, then, touched, stroke Lee on her face and hands.
As Lee was being harassed, she’d felt uncomfortable, she was about to turn away and leave, but Chien had bear hugged her from behind, later on, Lee cried to the member of her platoon, told them, “I was sexually harassed, but his the chief counselor, I don’t think I can tell on him.”
After the case went bust, the eight military units from the Armed Forces set up a specialty sexual harassment squad to investigate cases such as this, but the military decided to not charge Chien only gave him a reprimand, and transferred him to another post. Lee felt, that Chien only got a written reprimand, but wasn’t held responsible for what he’d done, that justice was still not served, after court marshal was cut off, Lee once again, filed to retry with the High Subsidiary Courts in Kaohsiung, and, the High Subsidiary Courts told the District Attorney’s Office of Kaohsiung to retry the case.
The D.A. investigated, that there was a witness who saw Chien took Lee into his locked quarters, Lee can clearly describe how the room was set up, and how Lee showed signs of physical withdrawal, not allowing anybody to touch her, showed that she felt fears, not wanting to return to camp, along with other negative emotions, plus there were, multiple witnesses who’d testified on her behalf, they’d believed, that Chien was guilty of opportunistic sexual harassment, they’d indicted him.
And so, another case of belated justice, and, this LOSER used his status, and he knew, that she would be too scared to tell anybody, he’d taken advantage of her, and, the military found the man not guilty, because the military will always look out for their own, and, the woman filed another case with the local district attorney’s office, and now, this loser is found GUILTY!
