That Look in the Parents’ Eyes Became the Instructors’ Motivation to Keep Teaching

This, is what keeps the teachers teaching, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

The Parent-Teacher conference is held in the evenings, but there were, a lot of parents who showed up.  Some of the parents, you can tell, had just gotten off work, although they are all, very fatigued, but, because they cared a lot about their children, so, no matter how tired they are, they’re still there.

After the conferences, a lot of the parents still circled around the teacher, still engaged in conversations.  Although it was really getting very late, but, the teachers, nor the parents, wanted the night to end.  Seeing this, I thought, are there still going to be kids who can’t be educated, if the parents AND the teachers are both so enthusiastic?

I truly hope, that all the school teachers can have that spiritedness, that motivation, that drive, to teach, and treat the children fairly, not labeling them, not passing judgments on them, so the children can grow up tall and strong, in a warm and friendly environment.

Seeing those pairs of eyes behind the kids, filled with expectations and hopes, as teachers, how can we not do our jobs right, and, teach the children well?

So, because the teachers feel that the parents are very involved in the process of education for their own young, that, was why they’re more than likely to work hard, to really TEACH the lessons, as well as the values to the children, compared to if the parents are uninvolved, could careless, and they’re just there because it’s parent-teacher conference day, that, would have the total opposite results I’m sure.
