After they broke up, she’d taken his from her heart. And so, there’s an extra space inside of her, that could take in, the originally planned to be taken out being.
And so, the woman decided to keep her baby, after the man who impregnated her broke up, and, maybe, it’s that she’d wanted a part of him with her always, or, that she just wanted to have someone to love, either way, this fetus in the above prose will be very unlucky.
