After the drowning death of a young refugee boy, the world started ranting on, hey, how come that country those refugees are running to won’t lend a helping and, and, what about the country of origin that those refugees came out of, why aren’t the living conditions well enough for the citizens there!
After the drowning death of a young refugee boy, it’d hit the headlines, and made the world cry, but, after those tears were shed, for a day, then, everything still gets, TOSSED behind us all, and, nobody would EVER remember, that there was once, that young refugee boy who’d drowned, on his way, to escape his home country, a few weeks from the date when the news hit the printing press.
After the drowning death of a young refugee boy, yeah, this is worth discussing, but, do we have the time, to actually, get to the root of the problem here? Or, do we just, want to point fingers at other people who didn’t do their jobs correctly? Which one is easier, I wonder…
After the drowning death of a young refugee boy, well, that, was the end, of one young life, sure, one less mouth on this planet to feed, and, whose lives, did this young death impact anyway? Yours? Mine? Someone else’s, perhaps?
Do we, really, CARE at all? And, what, can we do, to prevent, or, at least, TRY to prevent this similar case scenario from happening all over again?
