She Was Raped 133 Times by Her Adoptive Father, in Court, He’d Begged Her for Forgiveness, Played the “Sob” Card, She’d Cried on, “I Don’t Want to”, Her Adoptive Father Was Given a Sixteen Year Sentence

She’d cried to him, “I don’t want to”, resentful toward him for acting out his “sob story”.

A college student who, when she was part-timing in her job, cried to her manager, that she’d been raped since she was eleven years old, by her mother’s live-in boyfriend, Lin, and, the man had even taken down footage of them having sex, to use it as a leverage, to keep raping her; during the time the case of pending trial, the female college student wrote a letter on her stepfather’s behalf, saying that she didn’t want to “have him pay”, but, the Shihlin District Court still found Lin guilty of one hundred thirty-three counts of rape and forced sexual molestation, sentenced him to sixteen years of prison, and forced him to go into an addiction treatment program.

As the female college student was born, she’d lived in with her mother with Lin, and, during the time from when she was in the third grade to her second year in high school, even though she’d gone back to stay with her birth father, but, on the weekends and during her summer and winter vacations, she’d still lived with Lin.  The college student accused, that since she was in the fifth grade, her stepfather had forcefully touched her breasts and her pubic area, and, after she got into middle school, he’d raped her.

The college student cried, that although each and every time she’d screamed “NO!”, but, her stepfather would threaten her, “that’s fine, I’ll just find your older sister then”, and, she’d feared, that her older sister might also get raped, so, she’d put up with his rapes and sexual molestations of her endlessly.

After high school, other than raping her, he’d also secretly, filmed the process of the two of them having sex, one day, as the college student woke up and turned on her cell, and found that the screen saver was herself, nude, that, was when she realized, that she’d been filmed.  Later on, Lin would threaten her, “if you don’t, I’ll text this to your boyfriend, I’ll stream it online……”, to continue to threaten her to keep having sex with him.

The college student pointed out, that when she refused to comply with him, her adoptive father would keep her from getting out of the house, he’d even gone to her school, her workplace, to rant, and, she didn’t dare fight back, and so, she could only comply with the requests.  Her stepfather had even texted her, “So much love and hate are between us, I can’t sort it out, I will choose to kill myself”, “Whether or not I kill myself is solely dependent on you”, etc., etc., etc., to force her to go home, it’d stressed her out.

During the time of the trial, Lin admitted to what he had done, but, used the excuse of how elderly his parents are, and how there are, younger children that he needed to take care of, to beg for forgiveness.  The college age stepdaughter stated that she didn’t want to pursue it any further, and she’d not shown up for the trial sessions anymore.  The judge believed, that Lin had damaged the college student’s psychological wellbeing for over ten years’ time, affected the formation of her morals, he’d used atrocious ways, and gave him the heavy sentence of sixteen years.

But, is sixteen years enough, to MAKE up for the nightmares that this young woman had had when she was younger, all the way, to her adulthood years, and, I’m sure, that she’s still, suffering from the post traumatic stress of the rape, the molestation, by this man who should’ve taken care of her, and, how is she going to be able to, trust men again?  And, sixteen years is still NOT heavy enough if you ask me!
