On ALLERGIES!!! Translated…
I have three children, and found, that there’s basis in the genetics. Especially how every morning when they wake up, the same thing happens—they’d be blowing their noses hard.
Yes, as a mommy with nasal allergies, all three of my children had inherited my hyper allergenic system too. In the mornings when I wake, I’d kept, pulling out the Kleenexes, and start blowing my nose hard; and so, the Kleenexes are always on short supplies at my house, and, my children’s backpacks are often stuffed, when others believed, that it’s the study books, but actually, it was, an package of Kleenex.
Not to mention the changes of the seasons, the trashcans began filling up with rolled up tissues. Every time the relatives came by to visit, and saw our Kleenex filled trash cans, they’d jokingly called my house, the “Dumpling Factory”.
Actually, my allergies seemed to be cured after I had my children, perhaps, it’s like the older generations told, how our systems would be rearranged after birth. But, seeing how my children who were having allergy attacks having to breathe through their mouths, I felt heart wrenching for them, and, this can’t go on forever, I can use alternative methods to help change their systems!
I’d taken them to the Chinese medicine doctors, the doctors told me, that their body type was colder, that they’d needed to get better, and so, I’d made ginger soup for them a lot. My eldest daughter didn’t like the spiciness in the ginger, I’d added brown sugar, and, brown sugar can help with the discomforts of our menstrual cycles, so, I’m killing two birds with one stone here.
Other than using foods, I’d also encouraged my children to exercise more. At first, because their noses would give them a hard time, they wouldn’t be too into the idea, I’d taken them to do some indoor exercises, like bowling, or badminton. Later on, as they’d gotten into swimming, their allergy symptoms seemed to have improved, this shows, that exercise DOES help children with allergies.
Slowly, my kids don’t sneeze like crazy in the mornings, and they fell in love with exercise too, my two daughter’s bodies were originally uneven, but, after they swam for long term, they’d slimmed back down, and my youngest son would go out to the courts to shoot some hoops with his friends on the weekends, he’d become taller than his father in high school already.
And now, as the relatives visited, they’d joked how we don’t produce as many “dumplings” as we used to, I’d gladly told them, “The factory’s out of business now, and, in its place, there’s a gym instead!”
And so, this, IS the benefit of exercise, it helps you change your hyperallergenic body type, and, as allergy seasons roll around, you won’t be hit as hard as you once were.
