The TSA Agent at New York Airport Molested a Korean College Girl

This, is still BULLSHIT if you ask me, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

A twenty-one year old female Korean student on the 25th, at La Guardia Airport in New York, was stopped by the TSA agent, Oquendo, taken into the men’s room, to strip search and to rape.  The forty year old Oquedo was fired immediately, and on the 27th, he was prosecuted by the district attorney’s office for sexual abuse, sexual harassment, among other charges, and he was fired immediately.

This South Korean student who studies in Utah took a Southwest Airline flight, from Salt Lake City, to New York to tour, she’d gotten off the planes at around eight in the evening.  Oquendo walked toward her in Terminal B, Gate four, used the excuse of searching her for weapons and other illegal items on her and in her suitcase.  This college student had already passed through the safety check area, she shouldn’t have gotten stopped, but, Oquendo persuaded that his checking her, was absolutely necessary.

Oquendo waved for the woman to enter into the men’s restrooms, and through his walkie talkie he was able to get the passcode to the men’s restroom.  The female college student fought back, “You can’t strip search me, you can have another female to strip search me, because I’m a woman!”, Oquendo ignored her, and asked the woman to face the mirror, and raise her arms, and, replied to the woman’s doubts with that he’d “done this to EVERY other passenger”, then, he’d lifted up her shirt, unzipped her pants, and touched her.  After Oquendo felt satisfied, he told the woman, that he didn’t need to check her baggage anymore, then, falsely talked into his walkie talkie, “she’s clean, doesn’t have any weapons or anything illegal.”

The woman felt that something wasn’t right, she’d gone immediately to the terminal police.  The sources said, that Oquendo works as a supervisor for the night shift, after receiving the report of a sexual assault suspect, he’d pretended to be reviewing the surveillance footage, to try to catch the “pervert”, but the victim realized, that Oquendo was the one who’d molested her.

On top of that, the two personnel from the airport who were close to the restroom where the incident had occurred had given a description of Oquendo.  The TSA agent said, that workers of TSA should NOT be checking the travelers outside of the checking points, and if a search is conducted on a member of the opposite sex, then, there must be an agent of the same sex as the passenger present.

And so, this LOSER used HIS role, to molest a college student, but, he didn’t get away, and this just shows, how law enforcement CAN and WILL break the law, and, this happened probably because this LOSER didn’t think, that this woman was going to tell anybody, but she had, and now, he will, be paying, for his own bad behaviors!
