A Man Used the Excuse of Helping Her Find Part-Timing Opportunity, Raped the Thirteen-Year-Old Daughter of His Coworker, Was Indicted with a Heavy Sentence

A temporary employee, Sun, last month, took advantage of the time when his former coworker was away, tricked his thirteen-year-old daughter, claiming that he had a summer part-timing opportunity for her, forced her to a patch of land in the mountains, the pineapple fields, raped her twice, and, was rough with her, causing her to bruise all over, the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Offices indicted him on forced sexual behaviors.

The D.A.s Office investigated, that because of the temporary work opportunity, Sun met the adolescent’s father, and would go to Sun’s house to visit.  Last month on the sixth, at around three in the afternoon, Sun took the advantage of the adolescent being home alone, went for a visit, claimed that he had a part-timing opportunity for her.  Because the girl wanted to make some money, to help with the household finances, and she’d trusted this “uncle” too, she’d hopped on the back of his motorcycle.

But, Sun took the adolescent to a vacant lot in the mountainous regions in Hsinbei City, stopped smiling, and, ripped off the adolescent’s clothes, amidst her cries, managed to rape her; on the way back, as they rode past a pineapple plantation, Sun got horny again, and, pulled the adolescent into the field, and forced her to fellate him.

Afterwards, the adolescent was traumatized, and told her younger sister about what had happened, but he didn’t dare tell her father about it, until her birthmother learned about it, she’d gotten angry, took her to the police for her to tell them what happened, then, to the hospitals, and found, that there were, scratched all over her body, on her buttocks, her limbs, the outside of her thighs, and there was a 0.8 centimeter long lacerated wound on her pubic region too.

After Sun was taken into the police, he’d admitted to what he’d done, but claimed that he was totally drunk when it happened.  The Hsinbei District Attorney’s Office believed, that he’d raped the young girl twice, that he had the intent to hurt, asked the judge to punish him separately, for each of the two times.
