A man, Kao was displeased at how his ex-wife and his son won’t take care of him, he’d sued, to take back his giving his properties to them, wanted to get the house he’d given to his ex-wife and son back. The ex-wife and son said that he didn’t have the right to, that he was a habitual drunk, that back then, it was to give security to the three of them, mother and children, that, was why he’d given the property to them, and, because they could NO longer withstand the domestic violence, that, was why they’d moved away. The Shihlin District Court believed, that Kao could live off of the rents, and had the money to hire an attorney, that the mother and sons felt threatened, that, was why they’d moved, they’d found Gao lost.
Kao and his wife had married for over thirty years, they have two sons, the family originally lived in a mansion in Danshiu, Hsinbei City, but, because his wife and children could no longer put up with him, threatening, to “kill off the whole family”, they’d moved out two years ago, in January.
Kao believed, that his wife and children took the house he’d given to them, and not taken care of him, wanted to disregard having given the house to them, asked for the deeds of the house to be transferred back to his name.
The family said, that Kao would get drunk and become violent toward them, and would often threat, “Everybody DIES”, “Get ready to make our departures”, to threaten them all, that, was why the family was forced to move away from him.
The district court investigated, that Kao threatens his family regularly, that the courts have the right, to have the children and wife not take care of him, and believed, that Kao’s claims were unreasonable.
And so, you’d beaten up your wife and children, and now, you want them to take care of you in old age, after you’d fallen ill? Why should they? And, that house you’d given them was still NOT quite enough, to pay back for the years of abuse they’d endured either.
