The Husband Was Sent to Prison for Drug Possessions, His Wife Took His Young Son and Committed Suicide

Tragedy strikes here, from the Newspapers, translated…

A thirty-year-old Chinese woman, Yang, who married a Taiwanese man was suspected of not seeing the light after her husband was sent to prison of drug possession, took her eight-year-old young son to burn coal to commit suicide, the relatives who lived with them found them around yesterday noon, the young child had already died, and, Yang was taken to the hospital, she’s in a coma.

The police investigated, that Yang’s thirty-eight year old husband, Lu was a second generation of a building material shop, he’d gotten addicted, the family sent him to China to detox, and that, was how he’d met Yang.  After the two got married in China, they’d returned to Taiwan, but, as Lu returned, he’d gotten addicted again, and was sentenced for it, he’s going to start serving on the twenty-fifth, but because there were heart complications from his drug addictions, he’s in the hospital being treated.

The police pointed out, awhile ago, when Yang went with the family to visit her husband, she was very depressed, and stated that she’d wanted to take her son back to China with her,  hut, the family wanted her to stay at home, to not work, and it was suspected that Yang was bombarded by various pressures, and because she felt she had nobody she could count on, seeing how her husband was about to start serving time, she’d committed suicide.

Early yesterday morning, Yang took along her eight-year-old son, burned charcoal inside her bedroom, and, the relatives who lived with them hadn’t seen the mother and the child until noon, they’d gone into the bedroom to check, and found the two of them lying on the bed, and there was, the scent of burned charcoal, as the police and fire department arrived, they’d found livor mortis on the child, and Yang was barely alive, after they’d taken her into the hospital, she’d fallen into a coma, there was NO note left,  but, it had the letter of Lu’s incarceration notice.

The family members, as they’d gone back to the steel shack the mother and child lived in, there were very emotional, “How can this happen?”  the neighbor also told, that Yang’s son was going into the third grade, the little boy was very well-behaved, and they all felt bad, over the loss of his young life.

And so, this, is how HARD life had hit, and, lives are lost, because life had hit this woman too hard, and because she couldn’t handle having to raise her son alone, having her husband in prison, she saw no way out, so, she’d ended her own life, took her young son’s too.
