Guess it’s ‘cuz I’d anticipated it for too long, so, when the news of your death came, I wasn’t, at all, shocked!
When the news of your death didn’t shock me, because it’s not supposed to, because I’d been shocked by a WHOLE lot less already, been through EVERYTHING I was put through by you, and now, as you’d died, everybody around me, those who know and were once close to you, they all shook their heads in disbelief, how, how can a good man like you, die, in such a horrible manner, they’d wondered to themselves?
When the news of your death didn’t shock me, because it’s NOT supposed to, because you are, supposed to die, in a VERY horrid manner, getting F***ED(maxed out, remember???) up by that untreatable condition that you were, diagnosed with. When the news of your death didn’t shock me, but H-O-W, I’m your next of kin, someone who’s too close to you! And, it’s exactly because of how CLOSE we once were, I know EVERYTHING about you, and I’d come to hate EVERYTHING about you, so, that is why, perhaps, the news of your death didn’t SHOCK me at all!
