A Woman Dies at a Drug Party at a Motel, the Man Who Had the Party Was Indicted

A man, Kuo last year, invited a woman, Hsiao to a motel to have a drug party, and asked along Chen, the call girl to accompany.  Hsiao was suspected of showing signs of toxin poisoning from using multiple substances, two years later, she went into shock and died.  The D.A. believed, that Kuo provided the illegal substances to Hsiao, and afterwards, he didn’t take her to the hospitals, and charged him with manslaughter and drug possessions yesterday.

The police investigated and found, that after Hsiao smoked a cigarette with ketamine, she’d started ranting, drifted in and out of consciousness, had seizures, became incontinent, the call girl, Chen saw, and left immediately.  And because Kuo had priors in drug possessions, he didn’t call the police, called his friend, Huang to help out, lifted Hsiao onto the bed to rest, but, she was still unconscious and barely breathing, they’d delayed sending her to the hospital until ten at night, but she’d died shortly afterwards, because acute poisoning.

Kuo claimed, that before Hsiao arrived at the motel, she’d already used amphetamine and ecstasy, he’d spent three, four thousand dollars on ketamine to provide to Chen and Hsiao; Chen, the call girl said, that after Hsiao used ketamine, she sat on the toilet and started talking nonsense, she got scared and called her company, and the people from the company told her to leave the scene, but she did urge Kuo to “go and call for an ambulance quickly”.

Huang said, that after he got the call from Kuo, he’d rushed to the motel, found Hsiao taking short breaths, “seems like she’s about to die”, then that was when Kuo took her to the hospitals.  From this, the D.A. concluded, that Kuo provided the illegal substances to Hsiao, and after she’d started seizing, he’d delayed taking her to the hospital, indicted him based off of the laws he’d broken, as for Huang and Chen deciding to meet up at the motel, their actions didn’t exacerbate the risks of Hsiao dying, they weren’t at fault, and they were sent home.

So, this, is the adverse effects of drug abuse, and, it’s still unjust how just the man who held the party, provided the drugs were charged, after all, had those two “innocent” bystanders called an ambulance instead of running off scared, then, this woman might still be alive!
