The singer-dentist, Jing-Feng Chen injured a female college student’s urinary tract by shoving a vibrator inside of her, and was charged with opportune sexual intercourse, and causing injuries; on the first trial, he was found guilty, and sentenced to three and a half years in prison, and, after he went for an appeal, he’d spoken rashly toward the female college student, and, a week later, the victim leaped off of a building and committed suicide, the judge upped his sentence to five years; but, on the retrial of the first trial, the judge believed that the sex was consensual between them, he got off on the rape charges, and, he was charged with damages, and sentenced to one year in prison, and he must serve his time in jail.
The indictment of opportune rape was found not guilty, primarily because the Collectivist Courts believed, that the D.A. didn’t have sufficient evidence of how the college student was drugged then raped, because an hour and a half after the incident, the female student walked into the hospital on her own, was lucid, but, if she was drugged, and couldn’t fight off the rapist, how was she able to regain her conscious in such a short period of time and find her way into the hospital?
And, afterwards, the female college student still referred to Chen as her “boyfriend”, and managed to contact him multiple times, which didn’t fit the profiles for being raped, and so, the Collectivist Courts dropped this charge, but, the D.A. can still appeal.
The verdict stated, that Jing-Feng Chen on November 6, 2009 took the female college student to his residence in Taipei, the female college student couldn’t fall asleep in the middle of the night, and took about six sleeping pills, and had sex with Chen; Chen stuck a vibrator into her urinary tract, and because he’d used such brute force, the vibrator broke, and got stuck in the female’s bladder.
Chen found that the female college student was bleeding in her pubic region, and lied about how it was caused by the condom, stuck inside of her, accompanied her to the emergency room, but, the victim still urinated blood; in the end, Chen drew out the picture of the vibrator that got stuck inside of her, the victim, after learning that the foreign object inside of her body was a vibrator, accused Chen of rape.
After Chen was sued, he’d publicized the female college student’s information and her mental instability, the first trial, the judge gave him three and a half years in prison; Chen appealed, and on the court appearance, Chen had used rash verbal claims toward her, and, a week later, she’d leapt off of a building and killed herself, and on the second trial, the judge gave him five years, but the Highest Court is tossing the case back, for a retrial.
And so, even IF it started as consensual, the woman DID feel uncomfortable about it, and said NO, but the LOSER still continued, and now, the person who knows what happened had killed herself, and so, this, was why the dentist was found “not guilty”, but, based off of the evidences provided by the papers, we can conclude, that although the sex may have begun as consensual, but, somewhere in the middle, the female did tell him no, and now she’s dead!
