Life, the Obstacle Course

Tracks, in Memoriam of a Deceased Stranger, a Poem

Translated…

I Was Certain that This Time We’d Separated

We Both Shall Make a Complete Passage for Both Our Solitudes

In the Stillness of the River Styx

The Bluest of All Shadows

Overwhelmed with the Sorrows and the Losses

Deepening, by the Inches

The Laurel and the Snake Staff

Calling Out to the Fingerprints that Had Lost the Heat

Outside of the Years of Fruitfulness, Embracing the Deserted Solitude

In the Depth of the White Harbor Inside the Souls

Appearing, in Both Our Dreams

And so, you can sense that strong sense of loss, can’t you?  I mean, after you’d lost that someone that you held dear, you WILL be in the darkness for a bit, because losses are always going to HIT us all, very hard!
