A girl, Ling (a false name), started in her fifth grade year, was long-term sexually abused by her father, at age seventeen, she’d had a boyfriend, and she’d had a fight with her father, and that, was when she’d told of how she was treated like a sex slave of her father’s, her mother, and older brother called her a liar, she was so depressed, that she’d tried to commit suicide. The Shihlin District Courts found the father to have violated 134 times of forced sexual behaviors, gave him a heavy eighteen year sentence, and the case can still be appealed.
At age twenty, Ling told the judge, “because he was my father” that was why she’d put up with it long term, she didn’t know who she could turn to for help, she feared, that if her mother knew about it, her mother may HACK her with a knife. After the case broke open, Ling was placed with another family, and cut off all contacts with her own family.
The verdict said, that this father had a son and a daughter with his wife, but he was a self-claimed bachelor, and behind his wife’s back, too on two girlfriends, Hsu and Lee. In March of 2013, after Ling’s work she’d come home, the father suspected that her money was taken by her boyfriend, they’d gotten into a verbal altercation. The father threatened her, “You’re underage and messing around with boys, I will confiscate your cell phone”, Ling shouted back, “my boyfriend is everything to me, my cell phone, my life.”
Ling got angered, and accused her father of rape since she was in her elementary school years in front of her older brother and mother, but she was called a lair; she got so mad, that she’d attempted suicide, and was saved. Later on, she’d told her coworker about it, the coworker notified the schools, and that, was when the father’s bad behaviors were brought to the open.
But the father denied the allegations, claimed that the daughter is a habitual liar; during the time of the D.A.’s investigations, the father impersonated a woman, Chen, and gotten onto his daughter’s social circle on Facebook, to try to make it look like she was promiscuous, and pasted the conversations he and his daughter shared, to provide to the D.A., to try to misdirect the focus of the investigations.
But because Ling clearly described what her father’s sex organs looked like, and pointed out how he’d loved to shoot himself in sex footages, the judge then inquired about it to the father’s two girlfriends, Hsu and Lee, and they’d confirmed it. The judge believed, that this father, in order to alleviate himself, disregarded that he was her father, raped her, obstructed the process of investigation, and attempted to mislead the direction of the investigation, so, he was given eighteen years in prison.
Yeah, imagine how much this young woman must’ve endured? And that is just how some of the fathers used their power status, because they’re older, and bigger than their daughters, they’d forced their own young into submission…
