This still just shows with a higher degree, it still don’t mean SHIT!!! From the Front Page Sections, translated…
A female high school instructor with a master’s degree, Hsia, had a verbal altercation at a bakery for squishing the bread flat, she’d waited until the bakery was closed, took along a can of red paint, splashed it toward the rolled down steel gates to show how angry she was, the bakery owner asked Hsia for payment, the Taipei District Courts mandated that Hsia must pay the bakery’s owner $40,000N.T., and the case can still be appealed.
The owner of the bakery, Shih, asked for the prices for fixing the steel doors, and the money he would’ve earned, because the shop’s now closed, because of the paint, the money he was to pay his employees, the rent, the electric bills, his reputation, a total of $1.48 million N.T.s; Hsia, the instructor sated, that the paint can be taken off using a thinner, and that as the shop opened, the steel doors are rolled up, and nobody will see it, that she will be willing to pay for the money to fix things up, but NOT for what she’d done.
The judge believed, that, the red paint is similar to the color of blood, and that the bakery would get talked about with a large area of red paint on the steel gates, that most people believed, that splashing paint is a way of trying to get the uncollected debts paid, that it would make the customers believe, that the bakery has no credibility, and mandated that Hsia pay the $40,000N.T. in damages of emotional stress, but in all other areas, because it was hard to prove, she didn’t need to pay.
The verdict pointed out, that Hsia the female instructor went to the bakery last year on February 5 to buy something, because she’d clenched the breads flat, the shop owner, Shih got angered, and they had a verbal altercation, that very night, she’d brought along a can of thinner mixed in with red paint, after midnight, she’d dumped it onto the rolled down steel gates.
On the criminal trial front, Shih sued Hsia and Hsia was indicted, and the courts already found her guilty, and sentenced her to forty-five days in jail.
See what makes modern day people tick? Something so very simple can set someone off, and this female instructor still had a very LOW E.Q.
