There is a reason why this woman broke up with this man, you DO realize that, don’t you???  From the Newspapers, translated…

A man, Chen, in his twenties, after he was dumped, he’d hoped to see his ex again, he’d sent a notice of his own death to her, wanted to get his ex to come offer incense to his altar, but, the woman learned, that he was lying, texted him back, “After we broke, we’d gone separate ways!”, it’d broken his heart even more, and he was sued, for threats.

But, the Hsinbei District Attorney’s Office believed, that Chen’s behaviors, although odd, but he did not harm the person, obstruct her freedom, defame her reputation, that it didn’t match the requirements of being charged for threats, the D.A. decided to not prosecute him.

After the man broken up with Lin, he was suspected of wanting to see her again, and falsified his own suicide, and used a friend’s name, sent a falsified death notice to her, questioned her, “He’s gone, and you wouldn’t even offer incense at Lin’s altar?”, tried to get Lin to come, the woman sued him for threats.  But the D.A. believed, that the case doesn’t fit the requirements for threats, chose not to prosecute Chen yesterday.

The police investigated, that Chen couldn’t get Lin, his ex-girlfriend out of his mind, being still very infatuated, he’d wanted to see her again, he’d attempted to “fake his death”, to get another chance at seeing her again.

Late one night in January last year, Chen first sent his last words to the woman’s cell, “Thank you, I’m gone, you will NEVER see me again!”, later on, Chen used his friend’s name, to text her, “do you know, that Chen’s dead?  You were all he wrote about on his last note, we hope you could come and offer him a final respect, if you don’t, we will come find you!”

Chen had texted her the whole day, to try to entice Lin to the funeral home in Banciao.  But Lin knew that it was Chen who’d done this, and chose to ignore him, and texted him back, “Since the breakup, we’d gone separate ways!”, Chen not only got his heart broken again, and the results of falsifying his own death got him sued for threats, gladly, both parties reached a settlement, and the D.A. did not pursue the case further.

This just goes to show, the extent of a man, how far he went, to try to attempt, to get his ex-girlfriend to see him, and, there IS a reason for why she’d severed all her ties with him too.
