“I killed someone, I’m at Wen-Hwa Elementary School”, the twenty-nine year-old man, Gong yesterday, at four in the afternoon, climbed into the walls, of his elementary school, Wen-Hwa Elementary, in Beitou, used a fruit knife and murdered a second grade girl, Liu who was in the school, to take talent classes, later on, he’d turned himself in to the police. He’d claimed, that because he was under a ton of stresses in life, that, was why he’d slit someone’s throat, to take out his anger, “I’d just, wanted to kill someone!”
The eight-year-old Liu showed NO signs of life, and, after the paramedics VMH in Taipei worked all through the night to resuscitate her. The child’s aunt said, getting worked up, if Gong was under stress, then, why couldn’t he sever HIS own throat, why did he take it out on an innocent little girl?
He’d Flipped Over the Walls, and, Went into the Restrooms, to Commit the Murder
The police stated, that after Gong’s arrested, his statements were too inconsistent, that he was suspected of suffering with auditory hallucination, and they’re looking into whether or not he has a medical history of mental illness, or is it his excuse, to try to get himself off easy after the murder. This, was the second case of random murders after the man, Tseng’s random murder of a young boy in an arcade in Tainan toward the end of 2012.
The police investigated and found, that yesterday at around four when Gong flipped over the walls, it took him twenty minutes, to trek to the fourth floor of the main building, as he’d followed Liu, the elementary school girl to the restrooms; he’d waited until she’d come out, forced her back into the stalls, cut her neck twice, disposed of the knife in the restrooms, then, ran off.
After Gong committed the murder, he’d immediately notified the police by cell phone, then, he’d lain on the staircases between the fifth floor and the roof. Not long thereafter, two sixth graders went to the restrooms, and found the girl lying in blood, they’d immediately notified the instructor and the school. The school used the announcer and told all the students to return to their classes, then, asked the school nurse, to try to resuscitate the girl.
Call the Police to Turn Himself in, Got Arrested While He Was Going Down the Stairs
The police arrived at Wen-Hua Elementary School before the ambulance had, and, were led by the school, to the scene of the crime; the officers found the child, lying in the second stall of the restroom, properly dressed, still breathing, but barely. Five minutes later, the paramedics arrived, and rushed the girl to VMH.
After the officers discovered the girl, they’d done a thorough search, and not long thereafter, they’d arrested Gong, he’d admitted, “I killed her, because I felt bad, and wanted to throw up, that, was why I’d lain on the stairs”, he’d also told, because he was once a student at Wen-Hua Elementary School, that, was why he’d chosen the school to commit the crime. After he was arrested, he’d even told the police, “I’d known, that Jie Cheng would go on a random shooting spree!”
Under Too Much Stress? “I Just Wanted to Murder Somebody”
Gong stated, that six months ago, he’d worked as a security guard, but because the job limited his freedom, that, was why he’d quit, then, he’d worked as a delivery truck driver, and recently, he’d felt a ton of pressure, didn’t want to work anymore, so, he took off for two days. He said, because he’d wanted to murder someone, that, was why he’d taken two fruit knives from his house, and committed the murder.
As the officers took Gong from the subprecinct to the Beitou police station, over a dozen of the public started beating down on him, and screamed, “Why did you murder? You think you’re a mass murderer?”, it took the police a lot of time, to finally, separate the angry crowd from the perpetrator.
This still just shows, how violence is still modeled after and spread, and because this LOSER was emotionally unstable, compounded with his losing control over his own impulses…

After Gong, who’d slit the elementary school aged girl’s throat and was arrested by the police he’d said, “I’d known all along, that Jie Cheng was going to murder!” the police found him to be incoherent, suspected that he had a mental disorder, but, there was NO medical record on him.
“Other than Getting Angered by Him, What ELSE Can We Do”
Gong’s eldest brother rushed to the subprecinct last night, got all worked up, told the police, that his younger brother is an amazing person, and couldn’t understand what caused him to commit such atrocious deeds? He said, “Other than being angry about him, I don’t know what ELSE to do”.
He said, that his father is in his third stage of liver cancer, yesterday, he’d just finished his second round of chemo, and his mother recently had his gall bladder removed, wasn’t doing well either, but, murdering someone IS not right, and even IF he’d kneeled in front of the victim’s family and bowed his heads endless number of times, it still won’t help the family ease their pains, he’d apologized, on behalf, of his parents, to the family of the victim, and the victim herself.
He’d then, gone to a small temple with the Guardians of the Land, to beg for the girl’s life to be spared.
The police said, that Gong dropped out of university, six months ago, he’d worked for a security company, recently, he’d become a delivery truck driver for a delivery service, as he was arrested, his cell phone rang nonstop, the police took the calls, and learned, that he failed to show up for work two days consecutively, and the workers at the company was calling to inquire, “Why didn’t you show up for work?”
After the company was told that Gong was involved in a murder, the workers were shocked, “We couldn’t even tell!”
Gong claimed to suffer from auditory hallucination, and said, that the superior from his work had predicted the case of Jie Cheng, and said that he doesn’t use “cotton balls when he’d showered!”, all came true.
Gong started ranting, and gave the wrong address to his residence, and refused to tell the police how to get in touch with his families, the police suspected that he has a mental disorder.
Gong Rarely Used the Cell Phone Applications
The police took Gong’s cell, and found, that he’d rarely used the communications app, and that he’d shared music, pets, and movie links, but, nobody gave him any attention at all; the police speculated, that he almost didn’t have ANY form of normal socialization.
The security company that Gong worked for was interviewed and stated, that while Gong worked for them, he’d seemed quite normal, that there wasn’t any signs he’d shown; he’d worked the night shifts, and had been given accommodations for his good work, six months ago, he’d quit his job.
The Public Gathered Outside the Subprecinct, and Wanted to Beat Him Up
At around nine last night, over twenty members of the public gathered outside the Beitou Subprecinct, called out, “We want justice for the girl, we want to beat the murderer up!”, the man in charge of the subprecinct, Chen used an announcer, “The case is being reviewed right now, please, DO keep calm!”, and the police had originally wanted to take Gong back to his place to conduct a search, but, because the crowd gathered outside, they’d had to put that on hold for now.
Gong showed a lack of understanding of why the members of the public were beating on him as he was taken into the subprecinct, and asked the officers, in a cold smile, “Why are they trying to beat me?”, it’d made the officers shook their heads, and said that he was “without humanity”.
So, from this, you CAN tell, that something IS wrong with this man mentally, or maybe, that, was just his tactics, to act insane, so, when the trial begins, he will get off easy, who knows???
