The Case Where the Middle School Was Raped Then Murdered, the Two Young Girls Were Returned to the Parents to Be Reprimanded, the Five Other Suspects Said to Have “No Respect for Human Life”, All Taken into Custody

Here comes the V-E-R-D-I-C-T, from the Front Page Sections, translated…

In the brutal abuse and murder of the last year middle school girl in Hsinchu, the D.A. believed, that the perpetrators, Lin, and four others showed absolutely NO respect toward life, and asked the courts to take them all into custody, and the courts allowed, as for the two elementary school girls who were involved, they were returned to the parents, to be severely disciplined.  The D.A. stated, that Lin kept stating, “I didn’t ask them to murder her”, showed absolutely NO remorse whatsoever.

The person in charge of the D.A.’s office in Hsinchu, Lin stated, that the girl, Chiu who was brutalized then murdered didn’t have any serious conflicts with the group of people, they’d merely gotten into verbal altercations, and, the wound that bled on the top of her skull was what killed her, and the other accomplices also pointed out, that Lin had bashed Chiu’s head against the bridge next to the riverside park, and, Chiu’s body was already infested with maggots, and, the police will compare the D.N.A. to make sure of the corpse’s identity.

Feng said, that a couple of the accomplices runs the risks of escaping, and corroborating the testimonies, the judge believed, that the five are all involved as accomplices, and that they were all responsible for forced sexual acts, and murder, mandated that Lin and four others be taken into custody.

And, the eleven and nine year old children, Hsieh and Tseng was forced by Lin, that, was why they’d stoned the victim, Chiu, the judge took into considerations, that they didn’t actively participated in the murders, and that they were forced by the others in the group, and that they’re still in school, that there is chance for them, to get reformed, and so, he’d returned them back to the parents, to be disciplined.

The D.A. on the case believed that Lin and four others didn’t come clean about what they’d done, only admitted to some of the crimes, that they’d shown NO signs of remorse, and showed a total disrespect for human life, and the two girls are younger, but didn’t show any fears, they didn’t know what they did was awful.

And so, this, is the end, of that case, and, if you asked me, it’s still, too lenient, and, those two younger girls still just got away, with slaps on their wrists, because they’re still quite young, but, think about it, if you’re that young, and you’d committed murder, how will you be, when you grow up???  Exactly, and so, the punishment here, still doesn’t FIT the CRIME!
