A man, Chiu failed in attempting to get his girlfriend back with him, he was suspected of stabbing her until she’d fallen, in a pool of her own blood, and he’d attempted suicide, and hollered, “You made me do this!”, and lied on the side with his ex, Yu, hugged onto her, until she died, as Yu was lifted to the hospital, her blood had completely drained out of her, the doctors couldn’t save her, and Chiu was saved, afterwards, the police took him into custody, on murder charges.
Chiu (age 32) two years ago, moved from Chiayi to Hsinbei to stay with his father, dated Yu (age 20) for several months, recently, their love had come awry, he’d suspected that she’d taken up with another man, used his talk of suicide to get her back, it didn’t work, two days ago, he’d bought a butcher’s knife, fruit’s knife, as well as sashimi knife from a hardware store, rode to where Yu lived, and started wandering around her place.
Two nights at around eleven, he finally bumped into Yu, they’d started fighting, gotten into a huge altercation, got the neighbors’ attention; he was suspected of killing her and then himself, started stabbing her nonstop, until Yu fell to the ground and couldn’t get back up again, then, he’d stabbed himself in the chest, abdomen, and screamed at her, “This, is what you’d wanted!”
Yu was already lying in a pool of her blood, Chiu then placed his jacket over her body, then, curled up next to her, held on to her, waited for death, and, he was discovered by a woman who was just coming home, and she called the police.
As the police and paramedics arrived, they’d found blood everywhere, rushed the two to the hospitals, the officers discovered the sashimi knife that’s thirty centimeters long, and, they were able to recover the two other knives in nearby bushes, all three knives had blood on them; and, the purse, the flipflops, as well as the cell phone they’d recovered were also, covered in blood.
Before the paramedics were able to get Yu to the hospitals, she’d already died, with two knife wounds on her left and right side of chest, three more wounds across the waist, the E.R. doctors said, that Yu’s face was completely white, and the blood had drained from her body completely, they couldn’t manage to save her life.
As for Chiu’s suicidal knife wounds, three were on his chest, and one on the left and the right of his abdomen, he had a ruptured lung and liver, passed out because he’d lost too much blood before he arrived in the hospital, his life was saved, and is now, in the ICU for observation; after he woke up yesterday morning, he was aloof toward the hospital staff and the police, admitted to attempting suicide after the murder, and had his mind set on dying.
As Yu’s mother learned about her daughter’s death early yesterday morning, she’d started wailing, “She’d just gone out a short while and was brutally murdered!” she said, that she had NO idea, that her daughter was dating Chiu, that her daughter would come home every single day, that she didn’t expect this tragedy at all; as the coroner’s autopsy Yu’s body, the mother cried, “I brought some new clothes, for my daughter to change into.”, it was awful, she’d begged for the death penalty for Chiu who’d murdered her child, wanted justice.
The technical school that Yu went to stated, that Yu’s grades were midrange, and, as the class was told about her death, the students all cried.
And because Chiu still couldn’t be interviewed, the police were keeping guard at the hospital, and are now, reviewing the cell phone records, as well as the shop where Chiu bought the knife, to clarify the facts of the case.
And so, this is still because a LOSER couldn’t deal with the fact, that a woman is leaving him, because she realized, that he wasn’t the right man for her, and, because this man felt taken, that, was why he’d acted with such brutal force when he attacked her, because strong love will turn into strong hate!
