A Man Was Caught, Secretly Filming the Underside of a Young Married Woman’s Skirt Was Caught, and Kneeled in Front of Her to Beg for Forgiveness

A man, Shin, on the 8^th, attempted to capture the scenes underneath a young married woman’s skirt, was caught in the act, and got down on his knees right away, begged to not be reported, the entire process was captured via a video phone, and streamed online, and, Shin yesterday turned himself in to the police, and came clean about ten other women he’d filmed, and said he felt awful about what he’d done, “I will get myself treated.”

The police said, that at nine o’clock on the 8^th, Shin (age 35) went to a salon inside of a wholesale place in Sinchuang, saw a woman, with a stroller, the thirty-one year-old Huang, Shin saw how pretty she looked, and how she had a sexy figure, and had on a mini skirt, got horny, slowly, he’d gotten behind her, took out his cell, and started taking photos of what was under her skirt, Huang immediately caught him, and started screaming, “a WOLF!”, after Shin heard, he ran quickly, and slammed his cell phone, to attempt to erase the traces of his criminal behaviors.

As other shoppers heard Huang hollered, they’d attempted to block Shin’s path, someone picked up his phone, said, “This is evidence”; and, Shin got down on his knees, begged Huang, to NOT notify the police, but Huang still dialed her phone, and, Shin saw that it didn’t work, without having his cell phone first, ran out of the shopping strip, and this process was captured by a bystander, posted online, and, the members of the online community started ranting about it.

Afterwards, the police called Shin in, and, yesterday morning, Shin was accompanied by his attorney, claimed that he had wanted to capture footages of the woman’s undergarments, but wasn’t able to, but, he’d also secretly taken shots of almost ten other victims, and claimed, that he was diagnosed with a sexual addiction, after the police interrogated him, they’d booked him, based off of obstruction of privacy.

And so, this, is the story of a REPEATED offender, and finally he’d gotten caught, and attempted to weasel his way out, and when he could, he tried to run, but, he couldn’t, and, thankfully, the bystanders had helped blocked him, otherwise, don’t know how many women will get secretly filmed and their privacies violated.
