Don’t know when it started, but, she’d started to mismatch the names of her children, called her eldest daughter by her youngest daughter’s name, and, her sons by one another’s names, but just NOT the right ones.
Mismatched names, it’s bound to happen, you know? With her deteriorating memories, she won’t be able to tell who’s who eventually, she won’t even be able to make those facial recognitions anymore one day in the future.
Mismatched names, she’d started calling her sons by each other’s names, and, NO matter how many times her sons tell her their names, she just, can’t seem to remember who’s who anymore. Mismatched names, it’s bound to happen, because you WILL deteriorate, to the point where you don’t even know who YOU are!
Mismatched names, perhaps, one day, very soon, when her sons go to visit her at her house, they will need to wear their separate name tags………
Mismatched names, she’d not called each and every one of her kids by the right names for a very long time, and, there was, NOTHING each of her kids can do, to make their mom remember WHO each one of them are.
