The twenty-four year-old Spanish street artist, Sergio came to Taiwan last month, performed break dancing, charmed a ton of female fans, he’d taken the advantage, took a seventeen year-old female fans to his rental place and raped her, the adolescent’s parents called the police, but, Sergio didn’t show up and had an active arrest warrant put forth by the D.A., two nights ago, as he’d tried to make his way out of the country by airplane, the Immigrations Department caught him, sent him immediately to the D.A.s office in Taichung, after the D.A. interrogated him, they’d posted a bail of $50,000N.T., and took away his passport too.
The twenty-four year-old Sergio had done break dancing for multiple years, after he’d graduated from college, he’d traveled all over the world, and, earned the money for his travels by performing on the streets, he’d gone to Hong Kong, the U.S., and India too, to perform, although he’s still quite young, he’d journeyed around the world, at the bottom of last month, he’d come to Taiwan.
The level of difficulty of Sergio’s performance was very high, plus the moves, as well as the popular music that he’d performed to had attracted a TON of female fans to watch in Taichung.
The police found out, that at the start of April, Sergio had invited a seventeen-year-old girl out to dine, afterwards, he’d asked the girl to help move some equipment to his rental place, and, asked to have sex with her, but she’d told him no, he was suspected of raping her; afterwards, the adolescent girl cried to her parents, sued Sergio for forced sexual acts, and the case was turned over to the D.A.
The D.A. had called on Sergio to show up in court, but he never did, on the fifteenth of this month, the courts issued an arrest warrant on him, and restricted his travel, two nights ago, as he went to take the flight to Istanbul, Turkey, after he’d checked in at the counters, the Immigrations officers checked his passport, and realized that he had an active arrest warrant, made an immediate arrest.
Early yesterday morning, the Immigrations Department turned Sergio over to the Airline Police Department to interrogate, he’d refused to comply, and asked for an attorney to be present, the police were able to take his statement after the attorney arrived, and, they’d sent him to the Taichung District Attorney’s Office; he’d denied having raped the young girl, but, because there were physical evidence, he’s out on bail, and waiting for trial.
That still just shows, how you will NOT be able to get away, with the CRIMES you’d committed, and this one is still a crime of opportunity, and this man used his charm, to entice the ladies, and, there are those, young AND naïve girls who still fell…
